Hi, my name is Mark Johnson owner of The Care Shop. I began my professional career in automotive and truck repair in 1979 and while automotive technologies have changed quite dramatically one thing has always remained, and that is the importance of understanding the root cause of any problem and solving it with factory precision.

There is a lot of competition in the automotive repair industry and many shops focus on profits and unusual pricing tactics, I on the other hand focus on complete customer satisfaction and repairs that meet or exceed the original factory condition.

Being family owned and operated allows us the flexibility to shape our business model around the needs of our customers rather than comply with a corporate structure that may have other motivations.

Additionally, we are not bound to quotas and neither are our technicians. We're not a commission based company. Our focus is on our customers and providing high quality repairs at a fair cost with options to fit any budget.

For more than 12 years we've been an AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop and each year AAA polls over 200 of our customers to see how we are doing. We're very proud to report that last year we earned a 100% satisfaction and recently AAA picked up another batch of our records for the 2015 survey and once again we scored 100%.

To maintain the status of a AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop the shop must at least produce a 90% rating, so we must have been able to achieve this or better in the past, but our goal is to consistently achieve 100% every year and the only way that we can do that is by providing a great service for our customers, and we are committed to doing just that.

With over 36 years of experience in the fleet maintenance and automotive repair industry the time and money has already been spent and a great many locks have been opened saving you, our valued customer the expense of us just guessing. We simply won't do it, and don't have to.

The fact that many other local shops look to us to help them with some of the challenges they face should be testament to our capabilities and skill sets not to mention the high tech equipment, computer communication devices and tools we utilize should give you a great deal of confidence in allowing us to perform diagnostics and repairs on your vehicle.

3yr-36k Warranty

We strongly believe in what we do, and we also through years of experience and some trial and error believe in the parts that we install on your vehicle whether factory or in some cases aftermarket parts so much so that we offer a 3 year - 36,000 mile warranty on our repairs.

Of course there are some repairs and services that this is not the case such as what we would all consider normal wear items such as brake pads, oil services and alike, however for all other non-wear item repairs our 3 year - 36,000 mile warranty is standard unless otherwise noted.
